We're one of the most established of Hawaii home builders on the big island and we build in all districts. Our homes are complete kits or modular homes which means that they are built in our local workshop and constructed on your lot. Other Hawaii home builders bring materials to your lot and build on the site, which causes the wood to be exposed to rain and sun.
Our prices are affordable and we are known for our high quality. On a budget? We can keep costs low by recommending simple floor plan designs and basic features. We will build on your vacant land. Most of our customers reside on the mainland until their new homes are ready to move into and they select us because they are looking for hawaii home builders to do everything in building a home. Typically, our customers make only one or two trips to visit us before their new house is completed. You do not need to be here during construction, as all the details will have been discussed with you in advance. You can depend on us to build you a quality custom new home, as hundreds of families have since 1975.
