Since most of our customers live on the mainland, we work out all the details of the house with you through phone calls, faxes and emails. Once you're satisfied with all the details of your new home, you can make travel arrangements to visit and decide on the land.
Because you've made all the decisions about your new home in advance of your trip, you won't need to be here during construction. You can plan on relocating within 6 months of our starting construction.

When you're satisfied with the details of the house design, you will be ready to visit and make the final approval on your land. We can get started building your new house within 3-6 months after your approval.

Prices do fluctuate here on the big island. For example, in 2005 prices in Hawaiian Paradise Park increased from around $40,000/1 acre to $95,000/1 acre. Now in late 2009, lots are around $9,000/1 acre in HPP.

South Kona - coffee growing areas at higher altitudes, less expensive as
farther away from Kailua-Kona.
Kau - beautiful views, can be windy.
Puna - tropical, lots of scenic sites and small communities, more
home building here than any other district, 1+ acre lots are more plentiful at
