Tell us your budget for land plus house and we'll locate available land for sale in Hawaii in the areas you like along with house plans that fit your total budget.   When you're satisfied with the details of the house design, you will be ready to visit and make the final approval on your land.   We can get started building your new house within 3-6 months after your approval.
